Amber Walls played for the New Waverly High School Bulldogs. Amber was a two year Varsity middle hitter and for one year was an all around sixth rotation player for the Bulldogs. Throughout Amber's career, she earned 1st-Team All-District, Academic All-District, 2nd-Team All-District, and Most Valuable Player. Amber also earned the Greater Houston Volleyball Coaches Association Award, she was the only 3A athlete in the Houston Area to receive this award. Amber also received the Texas Association of Volleyball Coaches class 3A All-State Team award.

Amber Walls is the daughter of Mark and Sherry Walls. Amber has one brother, Matthew, and a sister, Courtney. Some of Ambers nicknames are Ber, Awall, and Ambreezy. Amber's favorite foods are pizza, banana pudding, fajitas, anything from Whataburger, and her favorite drink is sweet tea. Amber's favorite colors are purple and turquoise. Amber enjoys the t.v. shows Chicago Fire, Law & Order, Jane The Virgin, The Ranch, 23 Reasons Why, and the movies Forest Gump and 8 Mile.
