Jacob Bohnert had a strong freshman year at Iowa Lakes with four top nine finishes at the national meet, including the 50 backstroke (7th), 200 freestyle (6th), 500 freestyle (9th) and 100 freestyle (9th).  Bohnert was also the top Laker relay swimmer leading off the 200 and 400 Medley relays and 200 free relay and anchoring the 400 free relay.  Bohnert looks to improve in his sophomore season with goals to reach the top three at nationals in multiple individual and relay events.
