Iowa Lakes Softball Lands Jasmine Lee

Iowa Lakes Community College Head Softball Coach, Katie King, announced the signing of Jasmine Lee to the 2025-2026 recruiting class. Lee is the daughter of Mike Lee and Barb Lee and attends Seymour High School in Wisconsin.

"We are excited to welcome Jasmine and her family to our program. She has a positive attitude that will be reflected both on and off the field. She is a genuine and hard-working person and will be a great addition to the team." Commented Coach King. "Jasmine is a lefty thrower, which will give us a different look in the circle. She is a competitor and wants to improve in every aspect. We are thrilled Jasmine chose to be a Laker and look forward to great things from her!"

Lee looks to lead her team in her final season. In her career, she has batted .367 with a .424 on-base percentage. Besides her success on the field, Lee has excelled off the field as well by earning high honors all four years of high school. She has also exceeded the required amount of community service hours, racking up over 300 in her career.

Lee had this to say, "Iowa Lakes is a new world. I am excited to experience real joy and love for the game of softball the way I've dreamt of since I was a little girl. I have learned so many hard and strong life lessons from softball, it's made me a better person. I have developed a strong mindset and drive to prove my skills and show what I can provide to the game of softball. I love softball and I am beyond excited to begin my new journey by becoming a Laker!"
