'04-'06 Volleyball

Nichole chose Iowa Lakes because she wanted to continue her volleyball career and get a quality education.

She has earned a number of accolades not only athletically, but academically also.  In 2004 she made the dean's list in both the fall and spring semesters; earned NJCAA Div. II 1st team All Region for Region XI; and NJCAA Div. II Honorable Mention All American.

As a sophomore in 2005, Nichole achieved even more. Honors include fall and spring dean's list; NJCAA Div. II first team All Region for Region XI; Div. II National Championship All-Tournament Team; NJCAA Div. II second team All American; and NJCAA Distinguished Academic All American.

Nichole has always cherished her time at Iowa Lakes, in particular playing in the national tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona and being able to travel to Honolulu, Hawaii for volleyball in the spring of 2006.

Head Coach Scott Tschetter made the biggest impact on her while she was here.

After graduating from Iowa Lakes, she attended the University of South Dakota and South Dakota State University.

She would like to thank her parents - Jen and Todd - for all that they have taught her.

Congratulations Nichole Hendricksen on being named to the First Ever Laker Hall of Fame.
